We want every piece to fit the way you like. If it doesn't, you can exchange it or return it within 14 days of delivery.
What can be exchanged or returned
- Pieces that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags still on.
- Packs follow the same rule: the pieces must be unworn with tags on.
How to start
- Message us through the contact page within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and what you'd like to swap or return.
- We arrange a courier to collect the piece. For an exchange, we send the new size or colour when we receive it, or with the same courier where possible.
- For a return, we refund the price of the piece once we have received and checked it, and we agree with you how the refund is paid.
Faulty or wrong item
If a piece arrives faulty, or we sent the wrong item, tell us within 14 days and we cover the delivery both ways.
Delivery fees
We'll tell you the delivery fee for a collection, if there is one, before we book it.
